I work full time and go to school full time right now and as a result I've become pretty sedentary over the past year (that means I'm in pretty bad shape). Would like to fix that and thought joining here might help. I was a good baseball player when I was younger (played in high school and American Legion) and in general I have excellent hand-eye coordination. I also played basketball and football in junior high and high school. Conditioning is my biggest issue right now. |
